Creative Production × AI Systems
Creative Production Manager — owns the end-to-end creative production pipeline for paid social and long-form ads. AI-native across the stack (Seedance, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, N8N, custom Claude pipelines).
AI-generated avatar VSL — end-to-end AI production, paid-social tested.
Animated character ad — design, motion, voiceover direction.
UGC-style VSL — creator direction, edit, hook variant for paid.
Whiteboard explainer — script to delivery.
High-tempo cut for paid social.
Pinboard-style motion short.
AI avatar short — hook-first paid creative.
Stylized AI short — visual-system-led.
Realistic AI podcast-style ad. German market.
Pixar-style claymation ad. German market.
Beyond the edit, I build the production infrastructure — AI systems that make creative output faster, more consistent, and repeatable at volume.
A roster of specialized AI agents, each tuned for one job in the pipeline — research, scripting, ingestion, edit support, and review — working together instead of one tool doing everything.
Layered, persistent memory architecture that lets agents retain project context, brand voice, and accumulated learnings across sessions — so the system gets sharper over time instead of starting from zero.
Repeatable workflows that turn raw input into finished, on-brand assets — from a video-to-doc ingestion skill to script-to-video pipelines that compress days of manual work into hours.
Custom Premiere automation that strips the manual, repetitive steps out of editing and export — built to fit the way a high-volume ad pipeline actually runs.
I sit between creative and engineering. At a 7-figure DTC brand I built and ran the production pipeline behind ~$12M in tracked ad revenue — developing concepts, writing briefs, and directing a 9-person team across five countries through continuous hook, angle, and format testing on Meta, Google, and Axon.
I've spent a decade in language and post-production — ten years subtitling major international productions, lead editor on a 200K-subscriber AI research channel cutting interviews with DeepMind and OpenAI researchers. That's why localized, multi-market creative — like the German-language work above — is native to me, not a bolt-on.
Today I build the AI systems that make all of it faster: agent fleets, memory architectures, and custom Premiere tooling that let a small team ship at the volume and consistency of a much larger one.
